The man accused of abducting 4-year-old Cleo Smith in WA's Gascoyne region has pleaded guilty to a charge of child stealing and is now facing a maximum term of 20 years behind bars. It was only the third court appearance by Terence Darrell Kelly who was arrested in November last year - around the same time Cleo was found in dramatic circumstances inside his home.
