to Burglary Charges.
NBC News reports that the actor pleaded
not guilty while appearing virtually in the Bennington Superior Court on Oct. 17.
Miller has been charged with felony burglary and petit larceny after allegedly breaking into a home
in Vermont and stealing alcohol on May 1.
If convicted,
Miller faces
26 years in prison.
Miller also recently
faced harassment and
assault charges
in Hawaii and Berlin.
Miller issued an apology in August and announced plans to undergo mental health treatment.
