Motorists in Kent say they are being treated as cash cows at the Dartford Crossing

It comes as £74 million worth of fines were handed out to drivers during the last year.

Highways England promised to waive the fees altogether once they made back the money to fund the crossing.

However, 15 years since that pledge, commuters are still paying to use it.
