Kent MP hails shakeup of train services but commuter groups fear it won't go far enough

Tonbridge and Malling MP Tom Tugendhat says the shake-up will revive rail travel and make it a much simpler experience for passengers. But some fear, the proposed changes don't go far enough and are skeptical it'll deliver for the county's commuters.
