This incredible video, filmed on October 2, 2021, shows Victoria Waller's partner surprising her by finally popping the question in front of both of their family members.
"It was just supposed to be a fun day on a yacht with my friends celebrating my birthday but when we connected with the second yacht (which, from my knowledge, was only supposed to have my then-boyfriend's friends and brothers on it) and after the photographer finished taking pictures of us at the front of the boat, I turned around to see not just my friends but my whole family from Maryland + his family," Victoria wrote.
She added: "After I saw both of our families, I thought they were there to surprise me for my big 30th. But then I turned around and saw him on one knee and that's when I realized he was proposing!"
