"After six years together, my soon-to-be husband tricked me into thinking we would never get married," the wife-to-be told WooGlobe. "He didn’t believe in 'marriage' but on that day, he distracted me by asking me to do the viral prank on our kids where you wrap a random household item and record your toddler’s reaction.
"After watching our three-year-old open a banana for Christmas, I turned around and my heart just dropped because I never thought I'd see him on one knee."
