Compliance a critical factor for snap Hobart lockdown

Tasmanians living in southern parts of the state are waking up to their first full day of a snap lockdown, after a covid positive man escaped from a hotel quarantine facility and spent time in the community. Across the strait, Victoria is grappling with rising cases in regional parts. Professor Sanjaya Senanayake who is an infectious diseases physician says compliance has been the critical factor in other cities' lockdowns.
