Maharashtra Minister and National Spokesperson of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Nawab Malik on October 09 accused NCB of releasing 3 persons who were detained along with other accused during raid on cruise in Mumbai.

“After raid on a cruise ship off Mumbai coast, NCB's Sameer Wankhede had said that 8-10 people were detained. But the truth is that 11 people were detained. Later, 3 persons-Rishabh Sachdeva, Prateek Gaba and Amir Furniturewala were released,” said Malik.

“We want to ask NCB that when they had detained 11 people after cruise ship raid, then on whose directions did they released the 3 persons. We demand NCB to reveal the facts. We think there might have been some talk between Sameer Wankhede and BJP leaders,” Malik added.
