The lack of beds and oxygen in hospitals exposed the country's health system. Meanwhile, a NITI Aayog report has revealed that a district hospital within the country has an average of 24 beds for every 1 lakh population.

किसी भी महामारी का सामना करने के लिए हमारा देश कितना तैयार है, वो हमने कोरोना काल में देख लिया था. अस्पतालों में बेड और ऑक्सीजन की कमी ने देश के हेल्थ सिस्टम की पोल खोल दी थी. इस बीच नीति आयोग की एक रिपोर्ट में सामने आया है कि देश के अंदर एक जिला अस्पताल में हर 1 लाख की आबादी पर औसतन 24 बेड हैं.
