'On September 14, 2021, Southern France was hit by heavy rain and severe floods.
This video, filmed by Denys Quesada in Nîmes, Occitanie, shows the distressing view from Campanile hotel with multiple cars submerged in floodwater.
The filmer said: "I was on a work trip to Nimes. The thunderstorm started at 8:30 AM, followed by torrential rainfall at 9:00 AM. Even though it stopped at 1 PM, the damage done in these 4 hours was quite extensive."
