Man and Dog Rescued From Submerged Vehicle During Flash Flooding

Fremont County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado published footage on July 30 that showed a man and a dog being rescued from a submerged vehicle during flash flooding.The footage shows a fire vehicle being used to extend a ladder to the man and the dog.
