Amid the flood situation in parts of Bihar, three youth in Katihar’s Manihari area started holding classes on boats. One of the teachers said that they will continue to take classes on boat till the floodwater remains. Floods and the pandemic have drastically affected the education of children. As school have been submerged in floodwaters students were forced to take classes to complete their syllabus.
