After images of Chhath Puja devotees taking a holy dip in the dirty toxic froth-filled water in Yamuna river went viral, causing widespread criticism, the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), in a face-saving measure, has deployed 15 boats to remove the toxic froth from Yamuna river at Kalindi Kunj barrage.
