SA opens western and northern borders

South Australia has thrown open its western and northern borders as the threat of COVID-19 in Perth and the Top End eases. There's relief too for much of the Sunshine State but tight travel restrictions won't be loosened with South East Queensland, New South Wales or the virus-free ACT.
