Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter has been cleared of a number of allegations, including racism and abuse of power. An independent inquiry has found no evidence to conclude that de Ruyter is guilty of the claims. In his report, Advocate Ishmail Semenya called the allegations by former Chief Procurement Officer Solly Tshitangano wild and highly irresponsible. Tshitangano sent copies of his allegations to a number of senior government officials including President Cyril Ramaphosa and Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan. Courtesy #DStv403
