Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan has defended himself against claims he's a racist. Tom Moyane's legal counsel, Dali Mpofu, has been cross-examining Gordhan at the State Capture Inquiry. Mpofu referred to a comment Gordhan once made about Moyane being cheeky. He claimed the minister was being racist in this case. Courtesy #DStv403
