Tamil Nadu faces shortage of vaccine, people running from pillar to post to get inoculated

As states continue to battle the second wave of the pandemic, the lockdown coupled with vaccine shortage is making people run from pillar to post. A 33-year-old government-recognised tourist guide has reported lapses in booking of slots to get jabs. He further added that, more than the unavailability of slots, many of the vaccination centers are running out of jabs due to which there are no doses for the 18+ age group.
