Tamil Nadu faces shortage of vaccine, CM Stalin requests Centre to ramp up supply

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has written to the Centre to ramp up the supply of Covid-19 vaccine so that the state can continue their vaccination drive. Tamil Nadu is facing a shortage of vaccine due to which no vaccinations will be held between June 3 and June 5. The Health Secretary of the state, Radhakrishnan, has said that the next batch of doses is expected to be delivered only on June 6.
