Shreyas Iyer dislocated his right shoulder during the ODI series between India and England. And the injury was serious enough for the Indian batsman to be ruled out of the 2021 edition of the IPL. Iyer is expected to undergo surgery on 8th April 2021. But then even though Iyer will not offer his services for the Delhi Capitals side in the 2021 edition of the IPL he is expected to get his full salary.
