According to sources, Law Minister Ravi Shankar Shankar Prasad has written a letter to Chief Justice of Supreme Court Justice SA Bobde asking who will become the Chief Justice after him. Let us tell you that Justice SA Bobde is retiring on 23 April.

देश के अगले मुख्य न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो रही है. इसके लिए परंपरा के अनुसार, केंद्र ने मौजूदा मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस एस ए बोबडे को चिट्ठी भेजी है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कानून मंत्री रविशंकर शंकर प्रसाद ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस एस ए बोबड़े को पत्र लिखकर पूछा है कि उनके बाद मुख्य न्यायाधीश कौन बनेंगे. आपको बता दें कि 23 अप्रैल को जस्टिस एस ए बोबडे रिटायर हो रहे हैं.
