Bombay HC का बड़ा फैसला, Skin से Skin Contact नहीं, तो नहीं माना जाएगा यौन शोषण | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Hearing the assault case, the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court said that any activity would be considered as a category of assault only if skin to skin contact was done with intent. It was also said in the judgment that touching forcefully will not come under the category of assault.

यौन हमले केस की सुनवाई करते हुए बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट की नागपुर बेंच ने कहा कि किसी गतिविधि को यौन हमले की श्रेणी में तभी माना जाएगा, जब यौन इरादे से स्किन टू स्किन कॉन्टैक्ट हुआ हो. फैसले में ये भी कहा गया कि जबरदस्ती छूना यौन हमले की श्रेणी में नहीं आएगा.
