In the case of illegal construction, the son of BMC, who came under the target of BMC, is not taking the name of the problem. The BMC, in its plea in the Bombay High Court, described Bollywood actor Sonu Sood as a "habitual criminal". BMC has said that Sonu Sood has been continuously breaking the rules in the case of illegal construction.
