Farmer Protest: Committee members को बदलने की अर्जी पर Supreme Court ने भेजा Notice | नइंडिया हिंदी

For the last 56 days, the agitation of farmers against agricultural laws is going on at different borders of Delhi. On Wednesday, there was a hearing again on the Committee on Agriculture in the Supreme Court. The lawyer appearing for the Kisan Mahapanchayat told the Supreme Court that after the removal of a member of the Kisan Samiti, an application has been filed on behalf of the committee to form the committee again. On this, the court has issued a notice on the application to change the members of the Supreme Court committee. With this, the court expressed its strong displeasure over the questions raised about the committee.

पिछले 56 दिनों से दिल्ली के अलग अलग बॉर्डर पर कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ किसानों का आंदोलन जारी है. वहीं बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कृषि कमेटी पर फिर से सुनवाई हुई. किसान महापंचायत की ओर से पेश वकील ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि किसान समिति के एक सदस्य के हटने के बाद समिति की ओर से दोबारा कमेटी बनाने के लिए अर्जी दाखिल की गई है. इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट समिति के सदस्यों को बदलने की अर्जी पर अदालत ने नोटिस जारी किया है. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने कमेटी को लेकर उठ सवालों को लेकर सख्त नाराजगी जाहिर की.
