Farmers Protest: अब सीधे Supreme Court पहुंचा मामला, जानिए क्या रखी गई है मांग ? | वनइंडिया हिंदी

A petition seeking immediate removal or dispersal of the mass gathering of farmers at Delhi borders has been submitted to the Supreme Court on Friday as the farmers’ ongoing protest entered its 9th day. “It is pertinent to note that in view of the prevention of the community spread of the pandemic disease Coronavirus, it is very necessary to remove the gathering,” the plea said.

दिल्ली-एनसीआर के बॉर्डर से किसानों को हटाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि इससे कोरोना फैलने का खतरा है तो जरूरी सेवाओं में बाधा हो रही है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर की गई याचिका में कोरोना का हवाला देते हुए मांग की गई है कि आंदोलनरत किसानों को तत्काल हटाने के निर्देश दिए जाएं। यह याचिका दिल्ली के ही एडवोकेट ओम प्रकाश परिहार ने दाखिल किया है।
