The Uttar Pradesh government has received a setback on the petition filed in the Supreme Court against the release of Dr Kafeel Khan, suspended from Baba Raghav Das Medical College in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The Supreme Court has dismissed the petition of the UP government giving great relief to Dr. Kafeel Khan. The Yogi government of UP had filed a petition in Supreme Court against the removal of NSA from Kafeel Khan and his release, which has been rejected by the apex court on Thursday.

उत्तर प्रदेश के गोरखपुर के बाबा राघव दास मेडिकल कॉलेज से निलंबित डॉक्टर कफील खान की रिहाई के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में डाली गई याचिका पर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को झटका लगा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने डॉ कफील खान को बड़ी राहत देते हुए यूपी सरकार की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है. यूपी की योगी सरकार ने कफील खान के ऊपर से NSA हटाए जाने और उनकी रिहाई के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका डाली थी, जिसे शीर्ष अदालत ने गुरुवार को खारिज कर दिया है.
