The Government of Uttar Pradesh has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the order of Allahabad High Court in which the custody of Dr. Kafeel Khan was revoked under the National Security Act i.e. NSA. In the petition, the UP government has made serious allegations against Kafin Khan. In the Supreme Court, the UP government has said that the Allahabad High Court did not fully review the allegations against Dr. Kafeel Khan.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के उस आदेश के खिलाफ एक याचिका दायर की है जिसमें राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा कानून यानी NSA के तहत डॉ. कफील खान की हिरासत को रद्द कर दिया गया था। याचिका में यूपी सरकार ने कफीन खान पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं. सु्प्रीम कोर्ट में यूपी सरकार ने कहा है कि इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने डॉ कफील खान पर लगे आरोपों की पूरी समीक्षा नहीं की.
