The Allahabad High Court has ordered the release of Dr. Kafeel Khan immediately. The court termed unlawful detention of Dr. Kafeel and extension of custody under NSA. After this order, the opposition has attacked the BJP government. The Samajwadi Party has termed the High Court verdict as a slap in the face of oppressive power. At the same time, the Congress has expressed hope from the Yogi government that it will soon release Dr. Kafeel Khan.

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने डॉक्टर कफील खान को तुरंत रिहा करने के आदेश दिए हैं. कोर्ट ने NSA के तहत डॉक्टर कफील को हिरासत में लेने और हिरासत की अवधि को बढ़ाए जाने को गैरकानूनी करार दिया. इस आदेश के बाद विपक्ष ने बीजेपी सरकार पर हमला बोला है. समाजवादी पार्टी ने हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को जहां दमनकारी सत्ता के मुंह पर करारा तमाचा करार दिया है. वहीं कांग्रेस ने योगी सरकार से उम्मीद जताई है कि वो जल्दी ही डॉ. कफील खान को रिहा करेगी.
