self-defence and firearms safety course was conducted at SSU Headquarters where a 30-member delegation of lady civil servants participated.
During the training, delegation was briefed about martial arts, firing and the use of different types of weapons. The purpose of the course was to make delegation aware of various precautions in case of any emergency or terrorist attack. The delegation also made shooting practice practically.
DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Maqsood Ahmed said that interest of participants in self-defence exercises is worth appreciating and the participants will have the full support of the Security Division and SSU in this regard.
