Veg Atta Pizza recipe on tawa
Today I am sharing a quick and easy tawa pizza recipe which I have prepared with whole wheat flour without yeast. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
For pizza base:
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Yoghurt/ curd - 1/4 cup or 4 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - as required to knead dough
Other ingredients:
Pizza sauce - 3 tbsp
Onion - cut into cubes
Capsicum - cut into cubes
Tomato - cut into cubes
Sweet corn - boiled
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Pizza mix or Italian herbs - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste to sprinkle
Oil - 1 tbsp
