उबला हुआ हरी मटर (Boiled Green peas):1 कप(Cup)
हरी मीरच (Green chilli): 2
अदरक (Ginger):1 बड़ा चमचा (tbsp)
लहसुन कलीयाँ (Garlic cloves):10
पयाज (Onion):2
टमाटर (Tomato):2
मकखन (Butter):1 बड़े चमच (tbsp)
जीरा (Cumin):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
लाल मीरच पाउडर (Red chilli powder): 1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
धनीया पाउडर (Coriander powder): 2 छोटी चमच (tsp)
हलदी (Turmeric):½ छोटी चमच (tsp)
गरम मसाला (Garam masala):1 छोटी चमच (tsp)
हारा दनीया (Coriander leaves)
तेल (Oil)
नमक (Salt)
पानी (Water)
