文대통령 '탄소중립' 선언에 UN총장 "큰 힘 얻어"

The chief of the UN has hailed South Korean President Moon Jae-in's pledge to achieve carbon neutrality by the year 2050.
Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said it was a "very positive step in the right direction" after Seoul announced its "exemplary Green New Deal" in July.
Guterres added that... he will look forward to concrete policy measures being proposed, including a revision to the 2030 Nationally Determined Contributions...that would be more ambitious in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
President Moon made the vow in a speech to parliament on Wednesday, the first of its kind during his administration.
