Report exposes SA economic inequalities

South Africa is the most unequal country in the world. And COVID-19 not only exposed those economic inequalities, it showed the stark differences between rural areas and cities. A study by the Human Sciences Research Council shows half of all adults in rural areas were unemployed by June, compared with a third in the metros.
