Curd Rice [Thayir Sadam]:-

Leftover Rice:- 2 cups
Fresh Cream:- 2 spoons
Milk:- 1/2 glass
Curd:- 350g
Chopped Carrot:- 1/2
Chopped Ginger:- 1spoon
Chopped Mexican Coriander:- 4 leaves
Chopped Green Chillies:- 2
Curry leaves:- 10-15 leaves
Dried Red Chilli:- 3
Pomegranate:- 2 spoons
Black Mustard Seeds:- 1 spoon
Chana Dal:- 1 spoon
Chopped Cashew Nuts:- 4
Hing:- 1Pinch
Refine Oil
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
