Coronavirus : Bombay HC का बड़ा फैसला, तबलीगियों ने नहीं फैलाया कोरोना | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court has pronounced an important decision regarding tablighi gathering. The court said that a group of citizens of Myanmar, who joined Delhi-based Tablighi Jamaat Markaz in March, are not responsible for the spread of Kovid-19. The court also admitted that this group of Myanmar does not seem to be motivating the promotion of religion.

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट की नागपुर बेंच ने तबलीगी जमाते को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसले सुनाया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि मार्च में दिल्ली स्थित तबलीगी जमात मरकज में शामिल होने वाले म्यांमार के नागरिकों का एक समूह कोविड-19 के प्रसार के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है. कोर्ट ने इसके साथ ये भी माना कि म्यांमार का ये समूह धर्म के प्रचार को प्रेरित करता हुआ भी प्रतीत नहीं हो रहा है.
