The Indian Army is dominating strategic heights at the northern and southern bank of Pangong Tso to challenge the Chinese, but the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) continues to be in control of the ridgeline at Finger 4. Even though the Chinese army continue to sit atop the Finger 4 ridgeline, the Indian Army has taken over other heights to put pressure on the PLA, sources said.


भारत और चीन के बीच पूर्वी लद्दाख में तनाव जारी है। चीन और भारत दोनों ही लगातार सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सैनिकों की संख्या बढ़ा रहे है, खासतौर पर पैंगोंग त्सो इलाके में। यही नहीं दोनों ओर से सेनाएं एडवांस्ड टैंक, एयरक्राफ्ट्स और कई तरह के वेपन की तेनाती भी कर रहे हैं। पैंगोंग झील के दक्षिण किनारे रेजांग ला के पास भारत-चीन सैनिकों के बीच अब भी गतिरोध जारी है। 30-40 चीनी सैनिकों की टुकड़ी वहां मौजूद है।
