Following the guidelines issued by the Union Home Ministry regarding Unlock 4.0, the Government of Himachal Pradesh has also released the guidelines for Unlock 4.0. The state has adopted the guideline of the center, but some old arrangements have been continued. In this, Himachali people coming from outside in the state have to be registered through e-Kovid pass software before coming. After that, after verifying the relevant district administration documents, they will allow them to enter the state.

अनलॉक 4.0 को लेकर केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के बाद अब हिमाचल प्रदेश की सरकार ने भी अनलॉक 4.0 की गाइडलाइन जारी कर दी है. प्रदेश ने केंद्र की गाइडलाइन को अपनाया है, लेकिन कुछ पुरानी व्यवस्थाएं जारी रखी गई हैं. इसमें प्रदेश में बाहर से आने वाले हिमाचली लोगों को आने से पहले ई-कोविड पास सॉफ्टवेयर के जरिए पंजीकृत होना होगा. उसके बाद संबंधित जिला प्रशासन दस्तावेजों की वेरिफिकेशन करने के बाद उन्हें प्रदेश में प्रवेश की अनुमति देगा.
