Kanda Bhaji or onion pakoda are fried onion fritters. These crisp fritters are prepared mainly with thin onion sliced and gram flour (besan) including some selected spices. There are many variations to preparing them. Today i am sharing my recipe with you all, hope u will like my recipe. Do try and share ur experience with me on comments.
Ingredients:
Oil - for deep frying Onion - 5 medium (thinly sliced) Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Carom seeds/ Ajwain - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp chopped Rice flour - 2 tbsp Gram flour/ chickpea flour - 4 to 5 tbsp Oil - 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup - to serve Fried green chillies - to serve
