Aloo Ki Kapti- Crispy Potato Fritters - Aloo Pakoda - Aloo Bhaji - Tasty Aloo Pakora By Chef Bhukkad

This recipe is simple, easy to cook, tasty, delicious, restaurant style which we can prepare at home. So lets start preparing it. Lets quick start now. Here we are making Aloo Bhaji of single Potato. You can use number of potatos and accordingly all other ingedients to prepare.

Ingriedients:

1 Potato, 1 dish Rice Flour or 1 dish Cemolina etc.
Powderred Spices: Turmeric Powder, Corriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder etc.
4-5 tbsp Oil, Salt etc.
Procedure:

Take one potato and cut it into piecies as shown in video.
Also take one dish and take sufficient amount of Rice Flour in dish.
P.S.: Instead of Rice Flour you can use Cemolina of same amount.
So now add Salt as per the taste on Potato pieces.
Now add all powderred spices one by one. Add 1tbsp of turmeric powder, 2 tbsp of Corriander powder, 1tbsp of cumin powder, 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, 2 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tbsp of garam masala powder etc.
Mix it well for 2 minutes as shown in video and keep aside for 10 minutes.
So salt will start leaving water from it and all spices wil be getting mixed properly.
Meanwhile take one pan and keep on low gas flame for 5 minutes.
Now add 4-5 tbsp of oil on the pan once pan becomes hot.
Keep low gas flame and let oil becomes hot for around 5 more minutes..
Once oil becomes hot enough, take potato pieces and mix in Rice flour or Cemolina as shown in video.
After mixing in Rice Flour or Cemolina put them on hot oil one by one as shown in video.
Now fry them properly from one side for 10 minutes on low flame.
After 10 minutes invert all pieces to other side to fry from other side.
By inverting other side keep frying and roasting till it cooks properly from other side also for more 10 minutes.
So after 10 minutes Crispy Potato Fritters will be ready.
Now sprinkle some finely chopped corriander leaves on them.
Now Shut off the gas flame and serve hott.
Our Crispy Potato Fritters is ready to serve.
