Scattered thunderstorms with heavy rainfall caused flash flooding in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Tuesday, even drowning a van. (August 11)

The National Weather Service issued Flash Flood Watch for several areas in southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas.
