Protesters in Lebanon stormed several government ministries Saturday night, demanding the overthrow of the country's ruling elite, which they blame for the explosion last week that destroyed a vast section of the capital Beirut.
The protesters took over the foreign ministry, the environment ministry, the economy ministry and the Banking Association.
Hours into the protest, Prime Minister Hassan Diab said he would hold early elections.
More than two hundred people have reportedly been injured in clashes with police, and at least one police officer has died.
As for the massive explosion at the Port of Beirut, it's resulted in at least 158 deaths and more than 6-thousand injured.
