Judge Tintswalo Makhubele's application for a postponement at the State Capture Inquiry has been dismissed. This is the second time the judge has tried to delay the hearings. She argued she needed the hearing to be postponed as she had hired a new legal team. Makhubele says she is not arrogant and is not ducking the commission.
