State Capture Inquiry - Makhubele seeks another postponement
  • 4 years ago
Judge Tintswalo Annah Makhubele is applying for another postponement at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry. The judge has hired a new legal team. She did not show up on the 24th of July and asked for a last minute postponement. Commission Chair, Justice Raymond Zondo, issued a directive for her to file an affidavit and to appear today. Makhubele is facing allegations of gross misconduct before the Judicial Services Commission linked to her time as chair of the Prasa board. It relates to her involvement and alleged interference in litigation with one of the company's suppliers, Siyaya Rail Regulators.
