Hong Kong reverses all-day restaurant ban, as city reports record high 149 Covid-19 cases

Hong Kong government has made a U-turn and reversed its all-day dining ban. Dining in restaurants at breakfast and lunchtime will return from July 31, 2020, but the number of people at a table will be restricted to two. And restaurants again will be limited to serving takeaways only between 6pm and 5am.
