Serrano's has been part of Chandler's community for 100 years. The family-owned business started in clothing, and then moved into restaurants. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they've been open for takeout and delivery. However, last week, they reopened the dining rooms at all of their restaurants except Tempe. That one is undergoing renovations.
