Coronavirus: Hong Kong to limit public gatherings to two people and ban dining at restaurants

Hong Kong announced a complete ban on dining at restaurants and on public gatherings of more than two people as the city reported a record high of 145 new Covid-19 cases on July 27, 2020. Officials also expanded compulsory mask-wearing to cover outdoor areas. All new measures will come into effect on July 29, and last for at least one week.
