일본, 체류자격 보유 외국인 유학생 등 내달 5일부터 재입국 허용

Japan will grant reentry to some foreign residents starting August 5th.
Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it will allow international students, technical trainees and company employees stationed in Japan return to the country.
They must comply with requirements like taking a PCR COVID-19 test... and must have had temporarily left Japan before the entry restrictions were put in place.
Japan currently denies entry to foreigners from 146 countries and regions as part of its virus prevention measures.
Japan has already agreed with Vietnam and Thailand to allow businesspeople to resume trips and started issuing long-stay visas from Thursday.
