Orechiette is an Italian pasta which translates into little ears in english, though it resembles little hats. It is perhaps the cutest pastas ever.

A quick creamy pasta with a lot of spinach, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and Kalamata olives.
It's rich and satisfying and deliciously packed with flavours which can be reheated the next day if you manage to have any left.
