S. Korea reports 63 new COVID-19 cases on Wed., no new deaths

South Korea reported 63 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, ...amid a continued rise in infections nationwide.
Of them, 30 were transmitted locally.
Thirty-three were imported, ...the highest number of imported infections in three months.
Eighteen were reported in Gyeonggi-do Province, ten in Seoul and eight in the southwestern city of Gwangju.
Total cases now stand at thirteen-thousand-two-hundred-44.
There were no additional deaths, ...keeping the death toll at two-hundred-85.
More than 24-thousand people are currently being tested.
Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun said Wednesday that the government is requiring churches across the country to ban gatherings and dining together ...and to keep entry logs.
He warned that failure to do so could result in fines for both the churches and worshippers.
