वैसे तो मेडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ प्रेगनेंसी (एमटीपी) अधिनियम के तहत 20 हफ्ते से ज्यादा की प्रेगनेंसी को खत्म करने पर रोक है। लेकिन बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने एक महिला को 23 हफ्ते में ही गर्भावस्था में गर्भपात कराने की इजाजत दी है...अदालत का कहना है कि शादी से पहले बच्चे को जन्म देने से उसके मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा असर पड़ेगा।
