Samachar Vishesh: Odd-Even Scheme Begins In Delhi

News Nation brings a special bulletin- ‘Samachar Vishesh’ for specially-abled community. With an aim to control the rapid growing pollution level, the Delhi government has rolled out the much-anticipated Odd-Even scheme from today. The scheme will be applicable from 8 am to 8 pm.
